Getting Started

  • What is Superdex?
    Superdex is a free app for car enthusiasts to spot, share, and connect. It helps you capture rare and unique performance cars, build a collection, and engage with your automotive community.

  • How do I download the app?
    Visit the App Store or Google Play and search for “Superdex.” Download and create a free account to get started.

  • What do I need to sign up?
    You can sign up with your email address or use your Google or Apple account for quick registration.

Using The App

  • How do I take and upload a car photo?
    Superdex includes a built-in camera for capturing cars. Open the app, tap the camera icon, and snap your photo. Each post will guide users through a process of logging location, car make, model and trim which will be used to catalog the cars in your Superdex.

  • What is my Superdex?
    Your Superdex is your personal collection of spotted cars. Each car you photograph is saved in your collection, where you can view details like rarity and performance specs.

  • How does the location-based feed work?
    Your feed shows cars spotted near your current location. You can adjust the city and the location radius based on preference as well as explore global sightings by switching to the explore tab.

Account & Settings

  • How do I update my profile?
    Go to the “Profile” tab, tap the edit icon, and update your photo, bio, or preferences.

  • What happens if I forget my password?
    On the login screen, select “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to reset it.

  • Is the app free to use?
    Yes, Superdex is completely free to download and use.

  • Can I share cars I spot with friends?
    Absolutely! Use the share button on any car post to send it directly to friends via social media or messaging apps.

  • Do my photos expire?
    Photos shared in your main feed expire after 24 hours, but they remain saved in your personal Superdex collection.

Troubleshooting

  • Why isn’t my location showing correctly?
    Ensure location permissions are enabled in your device settings. If issues persist, try restarting the app.

  • The app crashes when I open it. What should I do?
